What does it involve?

Hypnotherapy works to overcome limiting beliefs held deep within the subconscious mind; often stopping us from achieving our goals. Hypnosis gently quietens the mind, enabling us to access the subconscious. It is in this relaxed state where we make positive and simple suggestions, aligned to your goals. 

 

It is important to point out what hypnotherapy is not, it is not stage hypnotism, you will never be asked to 'cluck like a chicken' or anything else of that nature. Your moral compass remains fully intact at all times.

What does hypnosis feel like?

People typically describe it as feeling calm, relaxed, and familiar to them, of course there is a reason for this as hypnosis is a natural and safe state that we all enter daily. Past Life Regression

What is it?

PLR uses hypnosis to recover what is believed to be memories of past lives. Many people throughout the world believe in reincarnation and that we have lived many lifetimes before. There is also a widely held belief that certain memories and emotions from those past life events can be stored inside the body on a subconscious level. These stored memories can sometimes affect our current life either physically, emotionally or in some cases both.

Life Between Lives LBL

What is it?

A deeply relaxing regression technique pioneered by Dr Michael Newton. During the 1960's, he discovered that many of his past life regression clients were bringing forward consistent information such as, what happens to the soul after death, where it goes, what it does in between each incarnation etc. Subject matter seen as unusual or strange (by the west) at that time. This research led him to develop the process we use today, helping find meaning to the experience we call "life" 

Some 60 years later, it is widely accepted that we have indeed planned many aspects of our lives prior to incarnating. That we chose our paths, planned soul lessons, selected family members,  even chatted these potential plans through with soul group members prior to incarnating on earth. 

LBL is a unique and rewarding experience (usually undertaken once). No two client sessions are ever the same but all are uplifting, enlightening and extremely profound. Meditation

What is it?

Sometimes described as a type of brain training where one uses a technique to train attention and awareness to achieve a mentally clear and emotionally calm state. Whilst there is no one universally accepted description, what can be agreed upon is the many benefits to health and wellbeing. 

Meditation, also an umbrella term, for a variety of techniques and combined practices. A fairly simple method involves sitting quietly, eyes closed and counting the breath. If your mind wanders, merely observe the thought and let it pass, return your attention back to counting/breathing. Start with 5 minutes every day, increasing as concentration improves week on week. If you forget or miss a session don't worry, just pick back up the next day. You may wish to consider Journaling daily progress, or leave the evaluation until much later such as 6-8 weeks, its entirely up to you. In no time at all, this simple discipline will seem natural and effortless as it becomes part of your daily routine. 

We live in a demanding and fast paced world and may not always be able to change or stop some of those events from happening, but we can change the way in which we react, think, and feel. Meditation empowers us to do so.
