I feel so fortunate to be doing something I love. Whether working online, in person or in groups, every day is both unique and rewarding. Of course, this would not be possible without the lovely people I get to meet and work with daily. All have unique reasons for coming to me, however, all have a similar desire; to improve themselves and their lives in some way. It often takes courage to ask for support, and effort to create change but it is always worth it. For me, there is no greater reward than seeing someone, achieve something, they thought otherwise impossible. And for those, it all began with a goal and a desire ; best summed up by this popular quote:

I work a little differently to others as everything is personalised and adapted to you, for you. I work with with a variety modalities and techniques (a few of which are on the website), all exceptional in their own way. Hypnotherapy, often solution focused, can be ta catalyst for lasting change. Regression Therapy (past/current or interlife) can be both profoundly healing and insightful. Meditation, (our internal support system) can significantly improve inner peace and overall happiness. As individual treatments, the benefits are impressive, combined, they have the power to transform.

I am a certified Hypnotherapist and Regression Therapist, registered with the GHSC, PLTA & CHNC. Previously working within the corporate business sector for more than 30 years. My most recent role was as senior leader for House of Fraser where I managed one of the largest stores in the UK, the iconic Beatties department store based in Wolverhampton. In addition to this, I was an active stakeholder within the city and a director of Wolverhampton BID.
My wide-ranging skills and experience have enabled me to achieve many goals and enjoy a great deal of success along the way. The most rewarding times have always involved others, more especially, those who placed their trust and belief in my professional guidance. Throughout my career I have been a strong advocate of professional and personal development. Consistently recognized for my specialist knowledge in development and contribution to corporate succession plans. I have developed and mentored thousands of people, many of whom have gone on to have successful careers of their own across a variety of industries.
