How to book?

Some clients know exactly what treatments they require and which type of therapist they are looking for. Others may prefer to discuss their options beforehand. I offer a free (no obligation) telephone consultation to help you decide. Please contact me directly to arrange your call. 

What happens next?

Upon booking you will receive a client information pack (via email. This contains your booking details, two simple questionnaires, and advice on how to get the best out of your upcoming session.  A link to a simple relaxation recording will be sent separately, this will  help prepare you for hypnosis. Email support is also available and included in your booking.

How to prepare?

Please listen to your relaxation recording as often as possible (ideally 3-4 times prior to your session) If new to hypnosis, it is natural to feel a little apprehensive, as with any new experience. I promise there is nothing to fear, in fact its very relaxation, and you remain are in control throughout. 

Always, best have an open mind, free of expectation, and to trust the process.

Your commitment

Please be aware as part of your commitment to change, you may be asked to do simple "tasks" between sessions, such as, listen to a recording, trying out simple wellbeing techniques, keep a progress journal etc. Of course all tasks are optional, however, many are tried and tested methods that may help to achieve your overall goal. 

Paid treatment time

All sessions have a specific running time, often referred to as "paid treatment time" This is the amount of time you have purchased, and the minimum you can expect to receive for your session.  If for any reason, I "run over" you will not be charged additionally.

Programmes - state the total amount of paid time, plus the estimated number of sessions usually between 4 or 5. Your hours may be scheduled over 4 sessions instead of 5, depending on the techniques required (some require 2hrs instead of 1hr). I can advise after your first session.  

Personalised sessions

All sessions are written, designed and tailored to suit your individual needs and goals (created prior to your first session) You are not charged additionally for this unique service. 

I work in partnership with all clients and encourage honest feedback to ensure all of your therapeutic needs are being met.
